By sending a payment, you have agreed to these terms and conditions of my service.

- *Payment is due before the art is made. No partial payments or refunds will be considered.
- Digital payments are only accepted via Paypal, Venmo, or Cashapp only.
- It is the client's duty to alert the artist of when their payment has been sent.
- *It is the client's responsibility to explain the description of their art commission thoroughly. Any missing details will be filled out by the artist.
- No edits or redos allowed. A redo will only be accepted if the client pays again.
- Commissions from the artist will only be used for personal uses and not for business or commercial purposes. Clients are strictly prohibited from claiming the artist's art as theirs; tracing and altering the commission included.
- Clients absolutely may not be allowed to profit off of their art commission.
- Prices may vary according to the complexity of the artwork. Examples may be props, outfit, environment, etc.
- The artist has the right to refuse services with no necessary explanation given.
- By ordering an art commission, the client is willing to work with the artists' time and understands that it may possibly take a few months for their art to arrive. The due date of a client's commission may change according to the artist's schedule and health.

Info, Guidelines, & Disclaimer

- Krispypai on her own accord will voluntarily send progress photos and updates of your commission order. She will be keeping close contact with the client throughout the art process with updates.
- Krispypai may contact you if she has any additional questions about your commission.
- After finishing a commission, Krispypai may repost your art commission on her social media platforms, if you do not want to allow that, please inform her in advance.
- Clients may repost their art commission with the artist's signature/trademark respectively revealed.

NSFW

- When you order an NSFW from Krispypai, you are guaranteeing that you are 18+ years old.- NSFW artworks are allowed under the artist's discretion. They may refuse an order if it causes them discomfort.- Disallowed content: necrophilia, extreme gore, beastality, pedophilia (lolis), extreme and disturbing fetishes.
** - Allowed: Light and Heavy BDSM, Vanilla, Light NSFW. **Ordering an NSFW artwork will cost the client a +20% charge of the price.
[Example: Two Full-body artwork is $75.00 + (20%) = $90.00. Therefore, a two full-body NSFW is $90.00]
